Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how POVC Group Inc., doing business as POV Collaborative, Inc.® and The Leader Café Club®™ (“POVC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, stores, and protects information provided by participants (“you” or “your”) in connection with The Leader Café Club.

By enrolling in or accessing The Leader Café Club, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy applies to information collected through our enrollment process, the LearnWorlds learning platform, and any direct communications with POVC.

The Leader Café Club uses LearnWorlds as its course delivery platform. LearnWorlds operates its own privacy practices as an independent data processor. We encourage you to review the LearnWorlds Privacy Policy at learnworlds.com.

Section 1: Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly 
  • Name, professional title, and organization
  • Email address and phone number 
  • Course registration, enrollment details, and feedback
  • Billing information (processed by LearnWorlds; POVC does not retain card data)
  • Responses to course exercises and assessments
1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the LearnWorlds platform, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including: 

  • Device type, browser type, and operating system 
  • IP address and general geographic location
  • Course progress, completion data, and time-on-platform metrics 
  • Login activity and access logs

This data is processed by LearnWorlds as our platform provider and governed by their Privacy Policy.

1.3 Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health data, financial account details, or government identification numbers. Please do not submit sensitive data unless it is directly relevant to your leadership development and shared voluntarily.

Section 2: How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and confirm your enrollment and provide access to course content
  • Communicate about program updates and support inquiries
  • Send course reminders and completion notices
  • Improve our courses, content, and participant experience
  • Fulfill legal and contractual obligations
  • Share relevant program announcements or resources with your consent

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for advertising on third-party platforms.

 

Section 3: How We Share Your Information

3.1 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering The
Leader Café Club, including:
– LearnWorlds — our course delivery and learning management platform
– Payment processors integrated with LearnWorlds
– Email communication platforms used for program correspondence
These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to deliver services on our
behalf and to maintain appropriate security measures.

3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or government
authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or
safety of POVC, our participants, or the public.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of POVC’s assets, participant
information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change
and any material change to this Privacy Policy.

3.4 With Your Consent
We will not share your personal information with third parties for any purpose not described in this
Policy without your explicit consent

Section 4: Retention

We retain your enrollment and participation data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes
described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our
agreements. Enrollment records are typically retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the
conclusion of your access period. You may request deletion of your personal information subject to
any legal retention requirements. See Section 6 for how to submit such a request.

SECTION 5: DATA SECURITY

We take the security of your personal information seriously. POVC and our platform provider,
LearnWorlds, implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your
data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable
precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that materially
affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

 

Section 6: YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

6.1 California Residents

f you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to:
– Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell (we do not sell personal
information)
– Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
– Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
– Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable — we do not sell or
share for advertising purposes)

6.2 How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days as required by applicable law.

6.3 Email Communications

You may opt out of non-essential program communications at any time by using the unsubscribe
link in any email or by contacting us at Concierge@TheLeaderCafe.club. You cannot opt out of
essential transactional communications related to your active enrollment (such as account or
access notifications).

SECTION 7: THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND PLATFORMS

The Leader Café Club may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. These third
parties operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to
review the privacy practices of any third-party platform you access in connection with your
participation in The Club.

SECTION 8: CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Leader Café Club is designed for working professionals and is not directed to individuals under
the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor
has submitted information through our platform, please contact us immediately at
Concierge@TheLeaderCafe.club.

SECTION 9: UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology,
legal requirements, or program offerings. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled
participants via email. The effective date at the top of this Policy will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of The Leader Café Club following notice of an updated Policy constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
